Registration & Member Profiling
User-Friendly Registration: Members can easily register with their respective associations through a user-friendly interface. The registration process is intuitive and requires members to provide essential information.
Comprehensive Member Profiling: During registration, members are prompted to create detailed profiles. This includes personal information such as name, contact details, date of birth, and gender. They can also provide additional details, such as their educational background, occupation, and other relevant information.
Association Preferences: Members can specify their preferences for association involvement. They can indicate which associations they wish to join or express interest in specific roles or activities within these associations. This manages the membership in multiple associations

View, Update Profile & manage Members
Once registered, authorized persons or members have easy access to their profiles. They can review and verify the accuracy of personal information, ensuring that it remains up-to-date. Timely updates can be done on personal information whenever necessary. Whether they change their contact details, marital status, or other relevant data, they can ensure that their profiles are current.
Integration with other applications: Updations done in any other application related to the members will be automatically reflected in member's profile.
Dormant Members: Our system manages inactive members using predefined criteria like non-participation or non-communication. Identifying dormancy enables leaders to re-engage members, ensuring vibrant associations. Authorized individuals manage member registration and reactivation.

Issue ID or Membership Card
The system allows for the generation and issuance of identification cards or membership cards to registered members. These cards serve as official proof of association membership and can include essential information such as the member's name, photo, registration number and association details.
ID cards can be used for various purposes, including event attendance, access to association resources, and as a form of recognition within the association. These can be used for various levels of programs and competitions

Manage Executives
Role or Designation Assignment: The system provides tools for assigning and managing executive roles within each association. Leaders can designate individuals to serve as directors, presidents, secretaries, office-bearers, committee members, or in other leadership roles at various levels such as parish executives, forane executives, diocesan executives etc
Role Details: For each executive position, details such as responsibilities, terms of office, and contact information can be recorded. This ensures that the transition of leadership is smooth and well-documented

Parish, Forane, and Diocese Wise Centralized Management
Hierarchy: The system's hierarchical structure allows for centralized administration at multiple levels—parish, forane, and diocese. Each level can access and manage association activities, membership data, and reports within their respective domains. This will be highly beneficial when inter-parish or inter-forane programs or competitions are conducted.
Communication and Reporting: This hierarchy facilitates effective communication and reporting, ensuring that information flows seamlessly between different levels of the congregation's leadership.
